    Kobina Ansah is the CEO of COVERR, the premier platform offering working capital customized for gig-economy workers. Evaluating alternative and traditional factors, COVERR provides gig-workers with capital to help stabilize earnings volatility, ongoing business expenses or small emergencies. Kobina is passionate about serving overlooked market segments that are not adequately served by traditional banks. While studying management for his undergraduate at Cornell as well as finance for his MBA at Wharton, Kobina identified the gig-economy as a market that needed a financial product to support their ongoing business needs. With over 10 years of experience in financial roles, underwriting over $1.0 BN of specialty lending products at Wells Fargo and creating one of the first US companies to offer a rewards credit card to international citizens without credit history at ModernLend, Kobina has continued to create financial products oriented towards market segments traditional banks do not address. In his free time, Kobina enjoys traveling and spending time watching foreign films.
